How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. A 30-day grace period begins — you can cancel by logging back in. You can also request deletion without the app on our delete-account page.
How does Co-Watch work?
Paste a direct video stream URL, give it a title, and create a room. Share the room ID with friends — playback stays in sync for everyone, and you can react with emojis and attach subtitle files (SRT, VTT, ASS). Cinly doesn't host the video; the stream comes from the URL you provide.
My stream URL isn't working
Co-Watch needs a direct video URL — a link that ends in the video itself (MP4, MKV, HLS .m3u8, or DASH), not a link to a webpage with a player on it. Make sure the URL is HTTPS, publicly reachable, and that the host allows playback from other apps. If a URL works in a browser tab but not in Cinly, the host is likely blocking external players.
How do I earn Cinly Points?
Points accrue as you use the app — swiping and rating titles, keeping up your daily activity, and referring friends with your referral code. Your points history is visible in your profile.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not inside Cinly. Open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cinly → Cancel. You keep your benefits until the end of the paid period.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your account email. We'll send you a reset link — if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
